Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All return requests are subject to review and approval.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return:
- To start a return, please contact us at info@nancyjewelry.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant images if applicable.
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and provide further instructions if approved.
- Please note, returns must be sent to the following address: 1107 W Glenoaks Blvd, Glendale, CA 91202. Any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or denied. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
