Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within the U.S. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping:

We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Nancy's Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to check the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address Changes:

Lost or Stolen Packages:
