Returns
Returns are accepted on unworn jewelry. Please email info@nancyjewelry.com with your order number within 5 days of delivery to request a return. Approved returns must be shipped back and received within 14 days of delivery. Returns are issued as store credit and must include all original packaging.
Please note that we do not accept returns in person.
