We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unused jewelry. To initiate a return, simply email us at info@nancyjewelry.com with your order number within 5 days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days. Returned items must arrive at our studio within that 14-day window.

Return Conditions

1. All items must be returned in brand new, unworn condition
2. Items must include original packaging (box, pouch, tags, etc.)

2. Gently clean with a soft, lint-free cloth, no polishing needed.
3. Store in a dry, fabric-lined box or a pouch to prevent scratching.
