We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unused jewelry. To initiate a return, simply email us at info@nancyjewelry.com with your order number within 5 days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days. Returned items must arrive at our studio within that 14-day window.
Please note: We do not accept returns in person.

Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

Return Conditions

1. All items must be returned in brand new, unworn condition.
   
2. Items must include all original packaging (box, pouch, tags, etc.).
   
3. Returns are not accepted in person all returns must be shipped back to our studio.
   

To maintain the shine and longevity of your 14K solid gold jewelry:

1. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, including chlorine, bleach, or cleaning products.
2. Gently clean with a soft, lint-free cloth, no polishing needed.
3. Store in a dry, fabric-lined box or a pouch to prevent scratching.
4. Safe to wear in water, but remove when applying lotions or perfumes for best results

Solid gold won't tarnish or fade, it's made to be worn every day.
