We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unused jewelry. To initiate a return, simply email us at info@nancyjewelry.com with your order number within 5 days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days. Returned items must arrive at our studio within that 14-day window.
Please note: We do not accept returns in person.

Return Conditions

1. All items must be returned in brand new, unworn condition.
   
2. Items must include all original packaging (box, pouch, tags, etc.).
   
3. Returns are not accepted in person all returns must be shipped back to our studio.

1. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, including chlorine, bleach, or cleaning products.
2. Gently clean with a soft, lint-free cloth, no polishing needed.
3. Store in a dry, fabric-lined box or a pouch to prevent scratching.
4. Safe to wear in water, but remove when applying lotions or perfumes for best results
